Currently, the 2007 Farm Bill has language that will ban Class B dealers. The Farm Bill is in the Senate Agriculture Committee. The Committee is discussing amendments and provisions as we speak!

Senator Harkin is a key player! The Iowa Senators (Chairman Harkin & Senator Grassely) need to hear from constituents on this matter, or they may vote to remove this important language from the Farm Bill!
